The stability and the high temperature steam resistance of Ni/Al2O3 catalysis added with rare earth oxides were investigated. It was found that the addition of rare earth oxides resulted in great improvement in the stability and high temperature steam resistance of the catalysts through suppressing the growth of Ni crystallite, the oxidation of metal Ni and the formation of NiAl2O4.  相似文献

The possibility of using two by-products of the sugar cane industry, molasses and bagasse steam explosion liquor (SEL), for lignin peroxidase (LiP) production by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was investigated. For comparison, the fungus was initially cultivated in synthetic media containing either glucose, sucrose, xylose, or xylan as sole carbon sources. The effect of veratryl alcohol (VA) was also investigated in relation to the enzyme activity levels. Results showed that sucrose was not metabolized by this fungus, which precluded the use of molasses as a carbon source. Glucose, xylose, and xylan promoted equivalent cell growth. Enzyme levels in the absence of VA were lower than 28 UI/L and in the presence of VA reached 109 IU/L with glucose and 85 IU/L with xylose or xylan. SEL was adequate for P. chrysosporium LiP production as LiP activity reached 90 IU/L. When VA was added to this medium, enzyme concentration increased to 155 IU/L.  相似文献

Steam distillation (SD), simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and headspace co-distillation (HCD) were compared here for their effectiveness in the extraction of volatile compounds from tobacco. The different grades of aged flue-cured tobacco leaves extracted by the three methods respectively were analyzed using GC-MS. Mass spectra or authentic compounds were used to identify around 408 components in various volatile fractions. On the one hand, the qualitative comparison showed that more compounds were detected in HCD extract (391 components) than in SDE extract (377 components), and the approximately quantitative analysis showed that the total amount of volatile components in SDE extract (445.48 microg/g) was much more than that in HCD extract (315.72 microg/g). But on the other hand, HCD was the most efficient for nearly all the highly volatile compounds among the three methods. As to low-volatile compounds such as lactones, long chain aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and esters, more was detected in SDE extract than in HCD extract. The SD method (322 components, total amount 228.42 microg/g) was the lowest sensitive to all compounds except semi-volatile fatty acids among the three methods.  相似文献

The steam reforming of dimethyl ether (DME) (SR) to a hydrogen-rich gas over a mechanical mixture of WOx/ZrO2 (the DME hydration catalyst) and CuZnAlOx (the methanol SR catalyst) was studied. The mechanically mixed catalyst was shown to provide almost complete conversion of DME to the hydrogen-rich gas containing <0.5 vol.% of CO at 300°C, atmospheric pressure, gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 10000 h−1 and molar ratio H2O/DME = 3. The hydrogen production rate in DME SR was found to reach 180–250 mmol H2/(gcat·h) at 250–300°C.  相似文献

由于硫化铁在自然环境中的丰富性,其生成活性氧和降解各种有机污染物的类Fenton活性已被广泛研究。然而,由于表面含铁活性位点的暴露有限,它们的类Fenton活性通常不高。在本研究中,以黄铁矿(FeS2)为例,基于水蒸汽对FeS2的热处理,开发了一种提高硫化铁矿物Fenton活性的新策略,研究发现经水蒸汽热处理后的FeS2 (Heat-FeS2)对甲草胺(ACL)的非均相Fenton活性比由水热反应制备的母体FeS2 (Fresh-FeS2)更高。在初始pH为6.3时,Heat-FeS2-Fenton体系对ACL的降解速率为0.48 min-1,约为Fresh-FeS2-Fentton体系的23倍。电子自旋共振分析和苯甲酸探针实验证实,与Fresh-FeS2-Fenton体系相比,在Heat-FeS2-Fenton体系中产生更多的羟基自由基(·OH)...  相似文献

综述了负载型单原子催化剂设计的最新进展,以及负载型单原子催化剂在多种反应,如低温水汽变换、甲醇蒸汽重整、选择性乙醇脱氢、炔烃和二烯烃的选择性加氢等反应中的应用.研究活性金属原子位的固有活性和选择性,并与相应的金属纳米颗粒和次纳米簇的性质相比较是非常重要的.同时,理解在不同反应环境下稳定的活性金属原子位的组成,并最大化其负载量可使我们设计出适合工业应用的强健催化剂.在实际工作中,应将催化剂活性和稳定性研究相结合,尽可能遵循活性位随催化剂实时处理条件的变化规律.原子尺度的先进表征方法至关重要,可用于指导设计新催化剂.  相似文献

多级孔ZSM-5负载的钴催化剂的费-托合成催化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用水蒸气辅助转晶(SAC)法合成了粒径均一(180 nm)的纳米ZSM-5颗粒,颗粒间堆积形成大量的开放介孔,与ZSM-5的微孔共同形成多级孔结构。以该材料为载体采用满孔浸渍法制备了负载量为15%(质量分数)的钴催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、N_2物理吸附-脱附等表征技术对多级孔ZSM-5载体及其负载催化剂的形貌和结构进行了表征,并对催化剂的费-托合成催化性能进行了测试。结果表明,相比于大颗粒的ZSM-5和商业ZSM-5,多级孔ZSM-5负载的钴催化剂的费-托合成活性最高,CH_4选择性最低,C_(5-20)产物的选择性高达68.9%,这归因于多级孔ZSM-5的介孔孔道有效地促进反应过程中产物的传质扩散以及ZSM-5微孔骨架上的酸中心促进了长链烃产物的二次加氢裂解。  相似文献

在φ80×3 000mm耐高温不锈钢管气流床反应器中,以150-180μm胜利褐煤为气化原料,考察了800和900℃时添加氧气前后褐煤转化率的变化,研究了氧化反应对水蒸气气化反应影响的宏观特征。结果表明,添加氧气后褐煤转化率明显大于O_2和H_2O气氛下褐煤转化率之和,即向水蒸气气氛添加氧气后褐煤转化率的增幅大于氧气氧化作用导致的褐煤转化率的增幅,随着H_2O含量增大以及温度的升高此现象愈加明显。该协同作用主要是氧化反应对水蒸气气化反应的促进作用造成的。利用φ40×200 mm石英圆筒流化床反应器进行了类似的实验,也发现了该协同作用。同时,借鉴收缩核模型并结合气流床气化实验条件推导了水蒸气气化宏观动力学方程,得到的速率方程(Z-(1-x))~(1/3)=(tβk_(H_2O)/Rρ_C)φ_(H_2O)=K_(H_2Oφ_(H_2O))与实验值吻合较好,添加氧气后水蒸气气化反应速率和水蒸气气化反应表观速率常数K_(H_2O)明显增大,这是氧气对水蒸气气化反应促进作用的动力学特征。  相似文献

CeO2 oxygen carrier was prepared by precipitation method and tested by two-step steam reforming of methane (SRM). Two-step SRM for hydrogen and syngas generation is investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. Methane is directly converted to syngas at a H2/CO ratio close to 2 : 1 at a high temperature (above 750 °C) by the lattice oxygen of CeO2; methane cracking is found when the reduction degree of CeO2 was above 5.0% at 850 °C in methane isothermal reaction. CeO2?δ obtained from methane isothermal reaction can split water to generate CO-free hydrogen and renew its lattice oxygen at 700 °C; simultaneously, deposited carbon is selectively oxidized to CO2 by steam following the reaction (C+2H2O→CO2+2H2). Slight deactivation in terms of amounts of desired products (syngas and hydrogen) is observed in ten repetitive two-step SRM process due to the carbon deposition on CeO2 surface as well as sintering of CeO2.  相似文献

通过大量实测数据总结出发电内燃机的典型变工况特性曲线,并给出相应的公式.结合饱和蒸汽余热锅炉的变工况特性解析解,对内燃机热电联产系统的变工况特性进行了分析:逼近温差ΔTa和相对蒸汽产量随负荷降低而减小,总能利用率、当量(火用)效率和经济(火用)效率随负荷减小先增后减,存在一个最佳值,该值对应内燃机最佳工作状态.余热锅炉蒸汽参数越高,变工况时ΔTa越低.与单轴燃气轮机热电联供装置相比,内燃机联产系统的ΔTa在低工况下更易变为负值,原因为前者在降负荷时烟气流量略增加,而后者降低.ΔTa变负会对余热锅炉有重要影响,内燃机进行热电联产时要注意其安全运转问题.  相似文献
